Frank spoke at the Baseball Conference in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Several Hall of Famers also spoke along with other dignitaries. Special guests included: Johnny Bench, Robin Yount, Goose Gossage, Ted Simmons, Al Hrabosky, and Tom Pagnozzi.
Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas is the birthplace of Major League Spring Training. Many players went there including Babe Ruth!
